Returns

Eligible Products: We gladly accept returns for unopened, unwrapped and un-spritzed bottles of perfume within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Non-Eligible Products: Please note that 2ml samples, unwrapped boxed items, candles that have been lit and unwrapped soap bars are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding that these items are not returnable due to the nature of the product.

Return Contents - Your return should include:

The tissue wrapped, unopened and unused perfume bottle(s) in their original packaging.

Any free promotional item(s) you received with your purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges: All shipping and handling charges associated with the initial purchase are non-refundable and payable by you. However, we will cover the return shipping costs, ensuring a hassle-free return experience.
